She was predeceased by: her husband Samuel Jackson Smith (Jack). She is survived by: her children, Lee (Wilda), Kim, Val (Cheryl) and Clint; her grandchildren, Chandra, Dustin, Arianne (Rob), Julie, Candice (Rob) and Lisa (Ryan); and her great grandchildren, Novella, Dresden and William. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
