She was predeceased by: her parents, Anastasia "Nettie" Worona and Alexander "Alex" Worona; and her brothers, Nicholas "Nick" Worona and Dr. Michael "Mike" Worona. She is survived by: her son Jim Poloway of West Kelowna, BC; her grandchildren, Ken Poloway (Kathy) of Kelowna, BC and Melissa Gjesdal (Curtis) of Edmonton, AB; and her great grandchildren, Payton and Brenen Gjesdal of Edmonton, AB..
