He was predeceased by: his daughter Michele; his parents, Michael and Barbra; and his siblings, Marcia (Nick) and Lawrence (Annie).

He is survived by: his sons, Mark (Jennifer) and Richard; his wife Alma Kallechy; the parent of his children Shirley Ann Powley; his grandson Matthew; his sisters, Jane (Dave) and Kathy (Gary); and his stepchildren, Rhonda (Reg), Roland (Kelley) and Randy (Doris). He is also survived by great grandchildren.
