He was predeceased by: his brother Sandy. He is survived by: his wife Leslie; his brother Jeff; and his siblings-in-law, Patti, Jacquelyn, Margaret, Peter, Bridge, Bob and Leslie. He is also survived by his cousins, nephews and nieces, as well as his many friends.
