He was predeceased by: his father John Stirling; his brother John Stirling; his brother-in-law Reggie Dunlop; and his stepfather John Fortier. He is survived by: his children, Colin Boulay, Grace Stirling (Jordan Guillemette) and Ethan Stirling; his stepchildren, Brianna Ingram (Andrew Bento), Ajza Willette (Des Klym), Alyssa Lindi (Josh Hamilton), Chanel Lindi (Mike McTravis) and Wilden Van Gundy; his mother Bev Stirling; and his sister Kim Dunlop. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren.
