He was predeceased by: his parents, Valentine Jackman and Stella Jackman; his parents-in-law, George and Dorothy Johnston; his brothers, Phillip Jackman and Daniel Jackman; and his brother-in-law Bob French.

He is survived by: his wife Barb Jackman; his daughters, Valerie Jackman (Rene) of Edmonton and Lindsay Pincock (Jason) of St. Albert; his grandchildren, Dylan, Kieran, Logan, Stephanie, James, Adam and Elizabeth; his sister Marg French; and his sisters-in-law, Shirley Johnston and Ellen Jackman. He is also survived by his wife, daughters, sons-in-law and grandchildren.
