It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Raffaele Papaianni (Edmonton, Alberta), who passed away on September 29, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his grandfather Raffaele Papaianni; his wife Lidia; his children, Angela Fortino (Carmen) of Hamilton, Alfonso Papaianni (Rosetta) and Antonio Papaianni (Nella); his grandchildren, Ann Marie Fortino, Raffaele Papaianni (Katherine), Jennifer Lavado (Andrew), Anthony Papaianni (Jenna Gagliardi) and Jonathan Papaianni; his great grandchild Alfonso Raffaele Papaianni; his siblings, Mario Papaianni (Wanda) and Lisa Spadafora; his parents, Alfonso and Angelina; his sister Rita Marrazzo (Natale); and his brother-in-law Antonio Spadafora. He was also cherished by numerous brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended relatives and friends.
