A funeral service will be held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Evergreen Funeral Chapel (16204 Fort Rd NW, Edmonton, AB T5Y6A2).
In lieu of flowers, donations in Phyllis's name can be made to the Alzheimer Society of Alberta and Northwest Territories.
