She was predeceased by: her parents, Anne Bentley (Poholka) and Samuel Ledson Bentley; her brothers, Fred Bentley and Herb Poholka; her granddaughter Jessica Morgan; and her mother-in-law Blanche Smith.
She is survived by: her husband Randy; her children, Ken and Amanda Mortensen (Darryl); her grandson Cooper Mortensen; her father-in-law Clarence; her siblings, Norman Poholka (Lorraine), Marvin Bentley, Lorna Gorak (Victor), Florance Jensen (Tom) and Lorraine Goddard; and her siblings-in-law, Nora Poholka, Dawn Tucker, Carey Kennedy and Wayne Smith. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces & nephews.
