She was predeceased by: her parents, Lillian Ramdassie and George Frederick Allahar-Frost; her stepmother Olive Frost (Milton Ellsworth Zaiffdeen Sr.); and her sister Patricia (Baby). She is survived by: her siblings, Monica Narinesingh, Lennox Frost (Donna) and Jean Maharaj; her sisters-in-law, Elvina Frost and Gillian Frost; her brothers, Michael, Kenrick and George Frost; her brothers-in-law, Karim Dookhan, Krishna Narinesingh and Kenrick Maharaj; her children, Janis Gopeesingh (Horace), Dennis Zaiffdeen, Milton Zaiffdeen Jr. (Carol), Diana Zaiffdeen, Maureen Dookie (Russell), Cheryl Sheridan (Peter), Gail Rambaran (Simon) and Clinton Zaiffdeen (Cindy); and her daughter-in-law Lynn Zaiffdeen. She is also survived by Nephews, cousins, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.

She also made an indispensable contribution to costume making for many Klondike and Cariwest festivals in Edmonton.
