It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Phyllis Paranych (Edmonton, Alberta), who passed away on August 3, 2024, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

In the sacred silence of farewell, Phyllis is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Phyllis' spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.

She was predeceased by: her husband Bill; her parents, Nick Fedun and Margaret Fedun; her sister Alyce (Cecil Dundas); and her nephew Randy Dundas.

She is survived by: her son Terry (Heidi); her grandchildren, Matthew and Abigail; her daughter Jo-Ann (Heikki Laitinen); and her sister-in-law Mary. She is also survived by many relatives and friends.

Thank you to the staff of Benevolence Care Centre, who cared for Phyllis like family over her six-year-long goodbye with Alzheimer's.
