Peter Zotek Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Peter Zotek (Edmonton, Alberta), who passed away on February 4, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Peter Zotek to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his wife Mildred; and his brother Mike. He is survived by: his sons, Allen (Tinamaria) and Mervin (Susan); his close friend Sue McEachern; his grandchildren, Chantel (Matt), Tianalea and Dakota; and his sister Ann. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Per Alberta's Restriction Exemption Program, be prepared to provide proof of Vaccinations for the Funeral Service (QR code along with valid ID if 18 or over), or proof of a negative rapid COVID test taken within 72 hours of entry, or original medical exemption letter.
