He was predeceased by: his wife Sylvia; and his parents, Fred Lazaruik and Mary Lazaruik. He is survived by: his sons, Bradley and Bryan (Sherri); his grandchildren, Courtney, Samantha and Brandan; and his nieces, Amanda, Melissa, Lisa, Michelle and Wendy. He is also survived by his three sisters, as well as many relatives and friends.
