She was predeceased by: her parents, Bill Mentuk and Pearl Mentuk. She is survived by: her children, Shannon, Kevin (Donna), Cherie Carter (Gary), Ryan (Vicki), John (Jenn) and Moira; her sister Linda Popowich (Hank); her grandchildren, Kendell Lyons (Chris), Brodie Planidin, Aubrey Planidin, Justin Carter (Laura), Steven Carter (Brittany), Brianne Roy (Danish), Michael Carter, Dallin Carter, Sean O'Neill, Jack O'Neill, Lucy O'Neill, Pete O'Neill, April O'Neill, Keiran O'Neill, Teagan O'Neill and Aiden O'Neill; and her great grandchildren, Iyla Roy, Emmett Roy, Allie Carter, Jack Carter, Theo Carter and Kasie Planidin.
