Orest Slawuta Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Anne and Mary Anne; his brother Lesley; and his son Patrick. He is survived by: his wife Janet; his daughter Gena Tarnawsky (Roman); his siblings, Lawrence (Cecily) and Sonia Slawuta-Shulakewych (Bohdan); and his granddaughters, Marianna, Khrystyna, Larissa and Stefania. He is also survived by in-laws, cousins, nieces, nephews and close friends.
