It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Olive Emilda Pente of Edmonton, Alberta, who passed away on October 6, 2024, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Olive leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was predeceased by: her son Daniel Waniandy; and her grandson Dennis Boisclair. She is survived by: her brother Elmer Waniandy of Edmonton; and her children, David Waniandy (Laura) of Fort McMurray, Darlene Waniandy (Bill) of Vegreville, Donald Pente (Colleen) of Edmonton, Darral Pente of Edmonton, Dwayne Pente (Janeen) of Athabasca, Bill Pente (Tanya) of Edmonton and Ken Pente of Grande Prairie. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
