He was predeceased by: his parents, Sverre Carlsen and Annie Carlsen; his sister Verna Cain; and his father-in-law George Eccleston. He is survived by: his wife Christina; his children, Steve (Heather), Geoff (Anna) and Sarah (Chad); his grandchildren, Erik, Griffin, Sydney, Rebecca, Samantha, Cole, Bradley, Alex, Logan and Ivy; his siblings, Margaret, Deb (Ken) and Martin; his mother-in-law Anna Mae; and his siblings-in-law, Cindy (Ken), Ellen (Don) and Scott (Candice). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and good friends.
