She was predeceased by: her parents, Nick Elaschuk and Mary Elaschuk; and her husbands, Donald Daffe of Ann's Catholic Church and Alan O'Hara. She is survived by: her daughters, Deborah Daffe and Pamela Daffe (Gary); her sisters, Rita Hodges and Gloria Blowes; and her grandchildren, Michael Tousignant, Jennifer Hayes, Katherine Tousignant, Daniel Daffe Charbonneau, Sean Tousignant and Dominique Petruska. She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
