With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Norman Harper Williams in Edmonton, Alberta, born in Birkenhead, North West, who passed away on April 18, 2021 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Williams and Amy Williams; and his brother Grahame Williams. He is survived by: his wife Rose; his children, Richard (Tracy), David (Helen) and Patti (Greg); and his grandchildren, Connor, Douglas, Adam, Erin, Kimberlee, Jasper and Oscar.

Due to Covid-19, a small private family gathering will be held.
