He was predeceased by: his parents, Ada Lloyd and Robert Lloyd; his brother David; his brother-in-law Fred; and his grandchild Jennavieve.
He is survived by: his children, Debora, Wendi (James), Gregory (Cheryl) and Christopher (Gabriela); his grandchildren, Sierra (Max), Chantel, Jacob, Jonas, Ashlyn, Vivian and Scarlett; his great grandchild Evangeline Pearl; his siblings, Ella (Ted), Jack (Marg) and Shirley; and his sister-in-law Linda. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family, and numerous friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Neil's name may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
