He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick John Hamid and Elvina Hamid. He is survived by: his wife Vanita Hamid; his daughters, Varsha Bourgeois (Matthew Bourgeois) and Aashna Hamid; his grandchildren, Maya and Xavier Bourgeois; and his brothers, Edgar Hamid (Alice) and Ken Hamid (Pat). He is also survived by many other extended family members and friends.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Connelly-McKinley Edmonton (4820 Meridian St NW, Edmonton, AB T6P1R3).
