She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Fischer and Mary Fischer (Bichel); her siblings, Josephine, Frank, Barney, Frances, Paul, Peter and Rose; and her granddaughter Melanie Jackson.

She is survived by: her husband Alex; her children, Rita (Rick), Dennis (Diane), Laura, Gerald (Doreen), Sheila (Rick) and Daren (Kim); her grandchildren, Jeremy, Jocelyn, Travis, Jessica, Colin, Matthew, Lee, Emily, Micah, Justin, Dylan, Jordan and Sarah; and her great grandchildren, Tristan, Evan, Khloe, Rae-Lynn, Ally, Dustin, Alex, Taylor, Cole, Dominic, Ellie and Norrin. She is also survived by Six children followed, then fourteen grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren.
