He was predeceased by: his parents, Nick and Anna; and his siblings, Edward, Sophie, Marshall, Nellie, Nestor, Olga, Eugene, Ihor, Zenon and Roger.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis; his daughters, Cheryl Ploof (Brian) and Donna Lebo; his granddaughters, Lindsey Mark (Colton), Ashley Ploof, Lainey and Genevieve Lebo; and his siblings-in-law, Dr. Nick Chepeha (Shirley), Claire, Jackie and Peggy Charuk. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Due to Covid-19 restrictions a private family funeral service will be held on Wednesday, January 27 at 10:00 am.
