He was predeceased by: his father Gerard; and his brothers, Jimmy, Gido, Bill Lesyk, Baba and Zenia Haraba.
He is survived by: his wife Cheryl; his sons, Logan and Kadence; his mother Nita Windiuk (Larry); his in-laws, Eugene and Judy Lesyk; his brothers, Greg (Janis) and Michael; his sisters-in-law, Lori Martin (Robert) and Sheena Maxwell (Michael); and his nieces and nephews, Ethan, Isaac, Dylan, Shelby, Gavin, Aiden, Madison, Baba and Jean Lesyk. He is also survived by numerous relatives & friends.
