Mary Yanitski Obituary

We are sad to announce that on May 27, 2024, Mary Yanitski (Edmonton, Alberta) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the vast expanse of eternity, Mary shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Mary farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.

She was predeceased by: her son Darren; her parents, Peter Pawliuk and Pearl Pawliuk; and her brothers, Bill and Luke Pawliuk.

She is survived by: her daughter Sharlene (Ken); and her granddaughters, Natalie (Duncan), Danielle (Curtis) and Genevieve. She is also survived by numerous relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Cross Cancer Institute in c/o the Alberta Cancer Foundation.
