She was predeceased by: her husband Meride; her son Raymond Lavoie; her grandson Robbie Johnson; her godson Robert McCaffrey; her parents, Wilfred L'Heureux and Marguerite L'Heureux; and her brother-in-law Clive.

She is survived by: her children, Clémence Johnson (Brian), Joanne Kelly (Tim), Françoise Lavoie, Louise Lavoie (Barry), Michelle Tidridge (Steve) and Phil Lavoie (Lynn); and her siblings, Camille L'Heureux (Donna) and Aline Jones. She is also survived by her many grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.

A memorial service was held on Sunday, April 27th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Evergreen Funeral Home (16204 Fort Rd NW, Edmonton, AB T5Y6A2). Viewing was held on Sunday, April 27th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
