She was predeceased by: her parents, Alex Dziadyk and Frances Dziadyk (Stadnyk). She is survived by: her daughter Patricia; her siblings, Isidore Orest, B. M., Sally Krysak (Peter), Carl (Vivian) and Gloria Turchenek; her godsons, Jerome Krysak (Gladys), Bro. Stephen Krysak O. S. B., Russell Dziadyk and Jonathan Turchenek (Larissa); her niece Daithe Dziadyk; and her great-nieces, Krista Turchenek and Jenna Turchenek.
Memorial donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Alberta.
