She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph; her son Denis; her grandson Colin; and her great grandchild Mikayla. She is survived by: her children, Jeanette (Ed), Diane and David (Shelly); her grandchildren, Rhonda (Barry), Jamie (Pete), Glenda (Murray), Chris (Karen), Chad (Shannon) and Ciera (Justin); and her brother Roman (Francis). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Martha's name may be made to the Spina Bifida Association and the Cross Cancer Institute Foundation.
