Marlene Audrey (Smith) Braithwaite Obituary

We are sad to announce that on December 17, 2020, at the age of 81, Marlene Audrey (Smith) Braithwaite in Edmonton, Alberta passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Ernest Braithwaite (Ernie); her siblings, Joan McKeigan and Gordon Smith (Denny); her sister-in-law Sharon Braithwaite; her nephew Troy Braithwaite; and her parents, Marjorie Smith and Allen Smith.

She is survived by: her brother Denny; her sons, Murray (Tracey), Gary (Silvia) and Neil (Michele); her grandchildren, Allison, Emerson, Ross, Cesar and Martin; her siblings-in-law, Lorne (Josie), Nancy Smith and Bill McKeigan (Margaret); her nieces and nephews, Todd, Jodi, Travis, Allen, David, Steven, Carol, Michael and Deirdre; her close friends, Norma and Brian Eaton; and also Martha Martin. She is also survived by (goddaughter); and her many friends.

Any donations in Marlene's memory may be made to Salvation Army of Canada, whom both Marlene and Ernie regularly supported.
