She was predeceased by: her stepfather Fred Gabrieau; and her grandparents, Ted, Emily Cooknell, Dan and Sophie Romanovich.

She is survived by: her mother Noella Gabrieau; her siblings, Sharon Romanovich, Dwayne (Karen), Douglas and Lewis; her niece Alicia; her great-niece Emily; her nephews, Brett (Sky), Cy and Nathaniel; her aunt Arlene; her uncle Wayne Cooknell; and her close friends, Niki, Patty, Tammy, Julie and Terri.

“My life has truly been blessed to have known Mimi for the last 7 years. I will miss her messages, asking me how my family is doing and letting me know when she was going home for a visit. She would always make sure I knew when Camp He Ho Ha registration was happening so that I could help her get registered. Knowing her has made me a better person.
