With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Maria (Marianna) MacHniak (Edmonton, Alberta), who passed away on December 1, 2020. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Stanislaw; and her son-in-law Henry. She is survived by: her children, Bessie, Sophie (Karl), Christine (James), Benny and Richard; her grandchildren, Christopher (Christy), Kevin, Daniel (Brenda), Peter (Ashley), Michelle (Shane), Anthony and Andrew; and her great grandchildren, Bailey, Jackson, Sydney, Elizabeth, Benjamin, Mitchell, Mathew and Cole. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
Due to Covid restrictions, the family will hold a private burial service on Monday, December 14, 2020 at 10:00 a. m. at Holy Cross Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to a charity of choice.
