She was predeceased by: her husband Sonny. She is survived by: her children, Carol Potiuk, Carl Potiuk (Roxanne), Donna Round (Keith) and Heather Acosta; her grandchildren, Alex, Dustin (Reah), Kyle, Sarah and Michael; her great grandchildren, Kwaid and Trysen; and her siblings, Dorothy and Philip. She is also survived by numerous other relatives and dear friends.

Due to Covid-19 government restrictions there will be no formal service but a celebration of life to be announced at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Allan Gray – Adult Day Support Program.
