Maggie Travis Obituary
We are sad to announce that on April 9, 2025, at the age of 90, Maggie Travis of Edmonton, Alberta, born in Grouard, Alberta passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Belcourt and Sophie Belcourt; her siblings, Helen, Mike (Frederick Myles), Edward, Louie, Marie and Pete (Pierre MacDellis); and her son Daniel.
She is survived by: her children, Debra (Gary), Katherine (Leo), Sybil, Tracey (Woodie) and Tommy; her nieces, Jean Cunningham and Christine Proulx; and her nephew Roland Fred Belcourt. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, May 19th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church (10821 96 St, Edmonton, AB T5H2J8). A burial will be held on Tuesday, May 20th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the St. Michael's Cemetery (13819 82 St NW, Edmonton, AB T5E2V6).
