She was predeceased by: her parents, Dorothy Ostapovich and Thomas Ostapovich; her sister Nadia Grimes; and her husbands, Steven Crushch and Henry Jardy.

She is survived by: her daughter Carol Frantzen; her son-in-law Ole Andreas Frantzen (Andre); and her close friend Theresa. She is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, and cousins.
