She was predeceased by: her husband Myron; her parents, Suzanne and Jack; and her parents-in-law, Aileen and Alvin.

She is survived by: her daughter Brenda (Chris); her grandchildren, Carter (Sydney), Daley, Eliza (Lucas) and Caleb; her stepfather Emery; and her siblings, Louise (Dennis), Sandi, Edward (Juliette) and Eldon. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and god-children.
