He was predeceased by: his parents, Lyndon Hooper and Lorna Higginbotham; his brother Don (Lillian); his sister-in-law Josephine; his brother Russ; and his close friends, Margaret-Anne Hooper (Pal), Maureen Decore and Doreen Lutksy-Hooper.
He is survived by: his children, Lynn Zaiffdeen (late Dennis), Marilyn Hooper (Tom), Laine Hooper (Debra), Leslie Helm (Stewart), Danelle Osmond, Denise Douglas (Ken), Jeff Foster (Sharon), Joe Foster, Jill Foster and Samantha Woolsey (Guy); his siblings, Garry and Gilaine (Bob Porter); and his former wife Nadine C. McLear. He is also survived by his numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Cross Cancer Institute or Dogs with Wings.
