He was predeceased by: his parents, Antonio Ong (Philippines) and Florencia Ong (Canada); and his sister Lourdes Ong (Philippines). He is survived by: his friend Loreto Bondoc; his daughter Angela Ong; and his sisters, Rose Ong and Annie Ong.
