Roberta Wildgoose wrote a sympathy message

“When I think of Lona I think of her love of music & singing. We sang in the church & school choir, around campfires, at sleepovers, in basements at JHigh parties, at "the Park". She taught me to play 2 songs on the guitar; I still remember them. She had a beautiful smile, a ready giggle & a positivity & light-heartedness that was infectious. Not many photos in those days but hope these few bring some comfort. My heart and a big hug goes out to you Mike. Love Bobbie Wildgoose (and Ron Kruhlak)”

Cathy Allford wrote a sympathy message

“Dear Mike, I am so so sorry. We were on holidays when I heard the news and it's taken me a while to process and then to go searching for photos. I am sad to report there aren't many - I posted six. I didn't own a camera so I have no photos of all the many happy memories of hours spent doing homework at her house, having sleepovers, singing in choir, and hanging out, from grade 5 throughout junior high. Her beautiful smile and sweet voice will be in my memory forever. Love, Cathy and Rob Davis”
