He is survived by: his wife Elaine (Waring); his sons, Patrick (Elizabeth) and David (Laura); his grandchildren, Caroline, Christian and Cameron; his sister-in-law Sharon Dunham; his nieces, Tracey Dunham and Shauna Kenney; his nephews, Gregory Dunham, Jason Dunham and Dr. Christopher Dunham; his brother-in-law Kenneth Waring (Rikako); and also, Alli (Rob) and Greyson Dawes.
