He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Salamandick and Lena Salamandick; his brothers, Kenneth Salamandick and Harold Salamandick; his niece Lisa Salamandick; and his sister Joanne Brackenbury.
He is survived by: his sons, Mark and Mike; his daughter-in-law Susan; his granddaughters, Zoë, Zara, Mia and Taya; his wife Judy; his sister Doreen Flewelling (Craig) of Bowden; and his sister-in-law Jan Salamandick. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and loving friends.
