He was predeceased by: his wife Cherie; and his son-in-law Bob Read. He is survived by: his children, Selina Read of Camrose, Sue Norton (Mark) of High Prairie and Scott Olson of Edmonton; and his siblings, Bud Olson, Lorraine Glidden and Delores Bruce. He is also survived by six grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren.
