He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip and Francis; his sisters-in-law, Rachel Huculak and Rose Marie Dittmer; his parents-in-law, Olga and John Tchir; and his brothers-in-law, Jim Dittmer, Matt Tchir and Ron Tchir.
He is survived by: his wife Bernice; his son Brent (Marijana); his granddaughter Melania; his siblings, Len (Joan), Ron (Diane), Berni (Garry) and Val; his sister-in-law Theresa Burak (Don); and his nieces and nephews, Paul, Mark (Trish), Matt (Erin), Amie (Nathan), Erin (Mike), Adam, Alicia (Jeff), Kelly (Abby), Jaclyn, Lisa (Andy), Darren (Jen), Tammy (Joel) and Holly.
