He was predeceased by: his wife Millie Horn; his parents, Thomas Horn and Emily Horn; and his brother Don Horn. He is survived by: his daughter Patricia "Patty" Horn (Terrence Pruden); his sister-in-law Irene Horn; his niece Linda Horn; and his nephew Tom Horn.
