She was predeceased by: her husband Michael. She is survived by: her children, Roma Makkreel (Leonard), Charlie Kozak (Barb) and Ken Kozak (Pat); her grandchildren, Scott (Tania), Lynsey (Gerry), Cameron, Brittany, Sterling and Dana; her great grandchildren, Dylan, Emily, Mia and Brynn; and her great great grandchild Luca.
Per the Restriction Exemption Program, you must provide proof of vaccinations (QR code with valid ID for those 18 years and older), or proof of a negative rapid COVID test taken within 72 hours of entry, or an original medical exemption letter.
In lieu of other tributes, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, #100, 119-14 St NW, Calgary, AB T2N 1Z6, or the charity of one's choice in Julia's honour.
