He was predeceased by: his brother-in-law Gerald; his nieces and nephews, Araya and Ethan; and his parents, Ming Jong and Siew Lan.
He is survived by: his wife Kin Kin Ham; his children, Edith (Isaac), Elijah, Yesan and Michelle (Quy); his grandchild Bronson; his brother Jeffrey Ham (Annie); his niece Olivia; his nephew Justin; and his sister Linda Brown.
