He was predeceased by: his parents, William and Agnes. He is survived by: his wife Gladys; his children, John (Nancy), Karen (Gert), Christine (Erin) and Daniel (Marnie); his grandchildren, Scott (Sandra), Cory (Lauren), Cameron and Kyla; his great grandchildren, Audrey, Margaux and Cohen; and his sister Ilene (Pat). He is also survived by numerous relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations can be made to a charity of one's choice in Jack's memory.
