He was predeceased by: his wife Shirley Papirny (Iverson); his parents, Mary Papirny (Doonanco) and Dmetro Papirny; and his siblings, Harry, Mike, Tom, Jim, Jack Diamond, Vera Hnatiuk, Lily Dermo, Ann Moskalyk and Lena Hnatiuk.
He is survived by: his children, Maxine Erickson of Edmonton, Lee Papirny (Margaret) of Cold Lake, Ken Papirny (Gail) of Edmonton and Lorraine; his grandchildren, Clayton Erickson (Pam), Grant Erickson (Bonnie), Melissa Benson (Chad), Laura Cleland (Paul), Lee Jr. Papirny (Tiffany), Cory Papirny, Jason Papirny (Lorraine), Nathan Papirny (Dana), Sierra Fedorow (Brett), Brandon Papirny, Jordan Papirny (Carly), Shawn Cherniwchan, Kelly Cherniwchan (Carly) and Ryan Cherniwchan (Jenna); his great grandchildren, Riley Erickson, Dylan Erickson, Emily Erickson, Madelyne Erickson, Gabrielle Erickson, Camille Benson, Annika Benson, Charlee Cleland, Hallie Cleland, Everly Cleland, Bryson Papirny, Gavin Papirny, Molly Papirny, Devin Papirny, Marisa Papirny, Keaton Ards, Livy Papirny, Sistine Papirny, Emmerson Fedorow, Leighton Fedorow, Ty Cherniwchan, Brody Cherniwchan, Cole Cherniwchan and Reid Cherniwchan; and his siblings, Margaret Melnyk and Metro Papirny (Flo). He is also survived by many Cousins and Nieces and Nephews.
