He was predeceased by: his parents, John Clyde and Christina; his daughter-in-law Shannon; and his grandson Justin Grimes. He is survived by: his wife Linda (Bellamy); his children, Rhonda Grimes (Kevin), Mike Kimmitt (Carmen) and Russ Kimmitt (Linh); his grandchildren, Katherine, Dalton, Craig, Brennen, Morgan, Alyssa, Aiden and Ceili; and his sisters, Donna Irons (David), Dorothy Wentworth (Gordon), Jeanne Kimmitt (Dale Squire) and Lorraine Mackenzie. He is also survived by numerous in-laws, nieces, nephews, and extended family.
