We are sad to announce that on January 2, 2021 we had to say goodbye to John Kolanchey of Edmonton, Alberta, born in Yorkton, Saskatchewan. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Kolanchey and Pauline Kolanchey; and his siblings, Lena, Lillian McAdam (Bill) and Tony Poruchnyk.
He is survived by: his sister Rose Dove (Perley) of Regina, SK.; his sister-in-law Elsie Funston of Langley, BC; and his wife Shirley Latta. He is also survived by seven nephews and three nieces, plus numerous other relatives.
In lieu of flowers, donations would be appreciated in John's name to HART: Humanitarian Aid Response Team, #106-90 Freeport Blvd NE, Calgary.
