He was predeceased by: his parents, Torlief Wigemyr and Amy Wigemyr; his wife Doris; and his siblings, Marion Kirchman, Leslie Wigemyr and Torlief Wigemyr.
He is survived by: his daughters, Cheryl Persson (Bryan) and Sandra Lee (Richard); his grandchild Trevour Wigemyr (Ashley); his great grandchildren, Kale, Olivia and Jake; and his siblings, Sonja Spackman and Ivan Wigemyr (Marlene).
In lieu of flowers, donations in John's name may be made to the Shriners Hospital for Children.
